How we work

Providing guidance from the strategic to the tactical, from global to regional, from early stage to late is at the core of CDx Vision's mission.  Our engagements, whether short term or long, provide the real world guidance to enable our client's programs to succeed.

OUR LINCS™ PROCESS

  • Listening: The foundation of any engagement is listening to our client's needs and goals.  No two diagnostic development or co-development programs are the same.  Understanding the purpose of the program and your best outcome is essential to providing the correct advice.
  • Integrating:  The collected information is not simply fed back but integrated into a rational whole taking into consideration the requirements of each stakeholder.  Through this process a coherent plan envisioning success at each stage can be developed along with the foresight to anticipate potential challenges or inconsistencies.
  • Navigating:  A coherent plan is necessary but insufficient for success.  The many phases of diagnostic development require an understanding of the complexity of the approval path and knowing the right team composition to navigate the variety of stage gates, milestones and partner interactions leading to approval.
  • Communicating:   Establishing an expectation of close communication of progress, ideas, challenges, milestones and outcomes is a very important part of our process.  Ensuring that all members of the team are moving towards the same goal and on time is centered on the communications established early on in an engagement.
  • Succeeding:  Our product is your success.  Listening to your needs. Integrating those needs into a real world plan. Navigating a challenging path with a well-chosen team. Effectively Communicating progress in a timely manner provides the greatest potential for your program to be a Success.
